The property is very private yet in walking distance of main street Kalam (just 1 km). The place is good for couples, large families, outdoors people, solo adventurers, nature lovers, and big groups or for corporate retreats.

There is a walkout patio with unparalleled views. At the centre is a cozy reading lounge for spending time reading or playing chess. There is a coffee and tea bar that serves hot & cold beverages and snacks in the main lounge. Guests also have access to the beautiful 3 acre garden surrounding the hotel.
